Types of Stay
Caring for a loved one can be rewarding, but time off for both of you is essential. Short care breaks (respite) allow carers the time to recharge their batteries while offering their loved ones the reassurance of 24-hour care.
We offer short care breaks throughout the year – perfect for when you’re planning your next holiday, or if you just need a well-earned rest.
Care for you both
Short stay or respite offers round the clock care in a safe, comfortable environment. It can be for as long as you need it, whether that's just a few days* or as long as six weeks.
If you’re a carer, you might be thinking about short stay care if:
- You’re planning a holiday
- You need additional support – perhaps after feeling unwell
- Your loved one needs help to recover from an illness or operation
- You’re considering moving your loved one to a care home permanently and they would like a trial visit
- The person you’re caring for simply fancies a change of scenery and routine
