We have upgraded our kitchen in December 2012 to a very high standard. Our Kitchen and Food Hygiene ratings has been rated high all times at 5 star.
Our Head Chef Mrs Dawn Carter is very creative and takes pride in creating a fine dining experience with home cooked favourites.
Each client's specific needs are considered when preparing daily meals and feedback from the residents of Cornelia Manor suggests they look forward to the variety of excellent food available at mealtimes.
During the initial consultation with our Head Chef all specific meal requirements for each client will be taken into consideration when crafting a balanced menu for each day.
From full English breakfast to late at night, hot drinks are available throughout the day.
Corn-fed chicken is also available on request!
